Position Description
Under limited supervision, performs professional work of moderate to advanced difficulty in assisting in the development and implementation of plans and programs for appropriate utilization of land and physical facilities. Work involves overseeing the coordination of site plan and subdivision review, analysis of rezoning and conditional use permit applications, preparation of long-range planning documents and special studies as directed, and providing staff support for various boards, commissions, and ad hoc citizen groups. Performs other work as required.
